Meet the Team

  • Sally is the founder of AHEP and a highly qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologist. She is dedicated to empowering individuals to take control of their health through evidence-based exercise prescription and education. Sally has extensive clinical experience working with a diverse range of clients with chronic and complex health conditions.

    Her areas of expertise include musculoskeletal injuries, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, women's health, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, chronic pain, and mental health. With a particular interest in women’s health, Sally has undertaken additional training to further specialise in this area.

    A passionate advocate for exercise as medicine, Sally is dedicated to helping her clients achieve lasting health outcomes through tailored, evidence-based care. She brings extensive experience in delivering both group and individual Pilates sessions in conjunction with her Exercise Physiology services.

    Outside of her professional work, Sally is a proud mum to her son Charlie and enjoys time with her Border Collie, Millie. She loves staying active, exploring the outdoors, travelling, and sharing good food with family and friends.

     Sally is available for consultations on Wednesdays in Essendon and Fridays in Keilor.


  • Maggie Copeland – Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP)

    Maggie Copeland is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who completed her academic training at La Trobe University, earning a Bachelor of Exercise Science followed by a Master of Exercise Physiology.

    Maggie has a strong background in sports and athletic performance, including experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with the Essendon Football Club (VFL). She has a particular interest in neurological conditions and post-injury rehabilitation, and is passionate about helping individuals restore function and improve their quality of life.

    Maggie is committed to delivering evidence-based exercise interventions tailored to individuals living with medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities. Her client-centred approach supports long-term health outcomes and enhanced physical wellbeing.

    Maggie is available for appointments at our Keilor location on Monday mornings.
